NATUROPATHY

Nature cure is an art and science of healthy living and a drug less system of healing based on well founded philosophy. It has its own concept of health and disease and also principles of treatment.

The human body has got remarkable recuperative power. It is composed of five great elements (Pancha Maha Bhutas) imbalance of these creates diseases. Treatment of the diseases through these elements i.e. Air, Water, Earth, Fire and Ether is known as Nature Cure. 

YOG ASANAS

“Overeating, exertion, talkativeness, adhering to rules, being in the company of common people and unsteadiness (wavering mind) are the six causes which destroy yoga.”

“Enthusiasm, perseverance, discrimination, unshakable faith, courage, avoiding the company of common people, are the six causes which bring success in yoga.”

PRANAYAM

When the nadis are purified there are external symptoms. Success is definite when the body becomes thin and glows.”

“Closing the mouth, inhale with control and concentration through ida and pingala, so that the breath is felt from the throat to the heart and produces a sonorous sound.”

MUDRA AND BANDHS

“Therefore the know er of yoga conquers death by preserving the bindu (semen). Release of the semen means death; conservation of semen is life.”

“She is verily a yogini who conserves her rajas by contracting and raising it. She knows past, present and future and becomes fixed in khechari (ie consciousness moves into the higher realm.)

SPIRITUAL THERAPY

Yoga is the only means through which soul gets link or association with God, who is the truth. By dint of Yoga, man controls his otherwise fickle sense organs and overcomes diverse vile thoughts. Yoga has such great force that, under its influence, even the elements of nature are brought to elevated state and the right path and peace is established in the world. Through the meditation the soul gets immense joy of an extraordinary kind from it’s link with the Supreme Soul.

Crystal and gem therapy is the use of semiprecious and precious stones to enhance mental, spiritual, and physical healing.

MUD THERAPY

Mud therapy is very effective. Mud is used for giving coolness to body. Mud dilutes and absorbs the toxic substances of body and ultimately eliminates them from body. Mud packs and mud bath are main forms of this treatment.

CHROMO THERAPY

Seven colors of Sun rays have different therapeutic effects. These colors are  Violet, Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange and Red. For prevention and treatment of different diseases these colors work effectively. The simple methods of chromo therapy help in the process of recovery in a very effective manner.

COSMIC THERAPY

The ancients were aware of the geomagnetic field that affects the human mind and body at a very subtle and vibratory level. Since the human body, also displays the same characteristics as a magnet with head as the North Pole. The subtle electromagnetic energy radiates through the top of the head, the point known as the thousand-petal lotus (Sahastradhara) down through the spine and into the entire nervous system. By keeping this energy in balance within the body, perfect health is maintained.  Cosmic energy eludes all measurable criteria and is beyond scientific explanation. Every human being has the innate capacity to work with cosmic energies. Cosmic energy is neither negative nor positive. It is the greatest vibration of life energy available to a human being. The vibration has a divine quality. It allows us to make contact with the impulse alive in the world, thus conveying “oneness” All human problems and physical disorders are ultimately due to the illusion of “separateness” from the world.

HYDRO THERAPY

Like mud, water is also an ancient method of treatment. Steam bath, Hipbath, Hot and cold fomentation, Hot foot bath, Spinal bath, Immersion bath are some of the methods of treatment in Hydrotherapy.

SUN THERAPY

Sun baths opens up all pores of the skin, imparts lightness and smartness to the body, all systems and muscles of body are activated and the blood circulation improves.

AIR THERAPY

DIET THERAPY

According to this therapy the food must be taken in natural or maximum natural form only. Fresh seasonal fruits, fresh green leafy vegetables and sprouts are excellent from this point of view.

MASSO THERAPIES

Massage is also a modality of Naturopathy and quite essential for preserving health. It aims at improving the blood circulation and also at strengthening bodily organs. In winter season, Sun bath after massaging the whole body is well known practice of preserving health and strength. It is beneficial to all. 

PANCHGAVYA THERAPY

We have pure Indian Deshi cows in our Gaushala. The milk, Curd, Ghee, cow urine and dung these five panchgavya produced are used in Cow therapy for removing the Chronic disease.
