• I came here for a six days detox colon cleansing retreat.  I was very much looking forward to that week in magical India.  I was very much impressed by the professionalism and ever caring attention of everyone who was so accommodating and attentive.  Being a yoga teacher, I knew of some kriyas but was delighted to be introduced to new ones that can be easily repeated at home.  There is a breadth of treatments and acuities which are much enjoyable and beneficial.  I much enjoyed the natural steam, mudpack and the daily herbal teas and soups.  Each day is different and tailored to suit everyone’s need and conditions.  It is beautiful to be able to enjoy simple life and natural in its most wonderful way.  The Naturopathy Resort is most conductive to feeling in tune with one self and the nature, I can not thank enough Acharya ji and staff for their beautiful smile everyday, their caring attention and their willingness to share their knowledge.  I learnt a lot about the benefits of herbs but also on a wide range of topics.  I even had the chance to see a circus in Saharanpur and do saw beautiful cycling and walking the nearby village.  Overall a most enjoyable stay and I will no doubt wish to visit again.  Wishing you lots of success.
